ESPIS presents the Gemelos 22, where we have ten apartments, both 1 & 2 bedrooms, available for your vacation or long stays.
Gemelos 22 apartment buildings are brand new, as the construction was finished in the summer of 2003. All the apartments are spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine, TV, air-conditioning and heating, and a double sofa/bed in the living rooms.
Gemelos 22’s garden is big and beautiful, has a very large swimming pool, children's pool, children's play area, an indoor swimming pool, and tennis courts, to name a few of the on-site recreation possibilities. The location is excellent, with only a short walk to shops, variety of restaurants, and the city center of Benidorm. The distance to the beach is about 500 meters. |

| Villa Marina |

In the brand new luxury residential complex of Villa Marina we have many apartments.
All the apartments are fully air-conditioned and heated, also all the apartments come with a safe built into the master bedrooms closet and a motion-sensor security system.
This luxurious apartment complex is located at the end of Levante beach, with views over the whole Mediterranean as well as the mountain which the complex is located in. Villa Marina is built in a way so it feels like a little town all by it’s self in the mountain. The first thing you notice about Villa Marina is its extremely tranquil surroundings and how secure it is, with automated gates to every car park and security officers. There are two small beaches close by and a large swimming pool with spectacular view over the Mediterranean. The complex has palm trees along every pathway, a large fountain in the middle of the building and little “streets” which go between apartment to apartment, giving it a vast touch of class. |
